Renzo Gracie Academy Cape Town was one of the first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academies formed in 2006 in South Africa, based the Mother City’s business hub, it’s ideally situated for ‘out-of-towners’ and those traveling via the MiCity bus route and for those working in the CBD. With many accommodation options within a few steps from the Academy’s front door, RGA Cape Town is a favourite for the globetrotter.

What we offer
The new student will engage in a learning journey based in the origins of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and get in touch with the most effective self-defense system developed by the Gracie Family. We offer Boxing and Muay Thai for those interested.
Class schedule
We run daily classes, with a morning class for those early-risers, a lunch-time class for those on a corporate lunch break and two evening classes split between newer grapplers and an advanced group.
